2000-2001 · 'Krauseco Nave' · Wien

... the main piece of this project, were three elements, each 17 meters long and 3 meters high. These were placed between the I and II nave of the factory Krauseco. The materials consisted of steel, aluminium and plasterboards which weighed more than four and a half tons. It was possible through incorporating steel inside of the three plains, they therefore stood by there own strength, for any aid which could be seen from the outside was not acceptable to me. One plain had areas cut out, wood was introduced to the side walls. Then to the inside and outside of the construction, two plains of transparent plexiglas were mounted. This permitted when standing in or outside of the construction, one could see through the transparent areas. The image within these areas turned out to be very abstracted forms.
